By booking services with Certified Signatures LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Scope

Certified Signatures LLC provides mobile and remote notary services, wedding officiant services, and apostille facilitation. We do not provide legal advice or draft legal documents.

Identification Requirements

Clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification for all notarization services. Documents cannot be notarized without proper ID.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit Cards (through PayPal, processing fee applies) and Zelle. We do not accept personal checks. Travel fees, after-hours charges, and same-day service fees may apply and will be disclosed during booking.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or failure to provide proper documentation at the appointment may result in full charges for the scheduled service.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Proper identification is not provided,
  • The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the document,
  • The document is incomplete or suspicious in nature.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing requested services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Apostille Processing

While we facilitate apostille processing, Certified Signatures LLC is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies or incorrect/incomplete documentation submitted by the client.

Wedding Services

Clients are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license from the appropriate authority before the ceremony. A signed license will be returned to the appropriate office after the ceremony.
